Job description
1. Exercise reliable personal judgment and act with tact to greet and screen visitors and calls at all levels within the organization, industry, and community with great frequency of senior-level internal and external business contacts.
2. Handle administration tasks
3. Sales support;
Collect related information for credit investigation;
Data input to system, apply for credit approval;
Handle the relevant documents among internal department, customer and vendors;
Make contracts;
Track the project progress until issue payment and update to sales people timely;
Receive customers in office while sales unavailable.
Arrange business trips;
Complete other assignment from Sales Manager, Business Director and GM.
4. Confidential information, files, and materials to ensure information security for proper use.
1. Bachelor degree holder;
2. Graduated & fresh graduate will be considered
3. Rudiments for Chemicals & International Trading
4. Proficient in Oral and Written English and computer skills;
5. Mature, independent, initiative, responsible, hard-working and flexible;
6. Good team player with strong communication
7. Cantonese speaker and female only
